PAYMENT TYPES
We accept Mastercard, Visa, & Discover credit cards. Your card is not run until your order is processed in-house. All credit card information is cleared from our server once your order is processed. You may also choose to use Paypal.
International orders MUST use a valid credit card. Paypal is not accepted. Actual shipping charges will apply.
PROCESSING TIME
Please check with your local scrapbook store first or perhaps request that they carry our products if they do not do so already.
We do realize however, that most stores do not have the room to carry our entire extensive selection and we want to make sure that you have access to all of it.
But you must also be aware that your order may be slowed down due to processing large wholesale orders. Besides which, our product is stocked in wholesale units which we will not break apart, so we actually laser individual retail orders as they are received.
This does slow processing down but this is actually to your advantage as now you can order any color from our large color selection list without any extra cutting charges.
While we do try to process orders within 3-4 days, please allow 1 week for regular orders to ship out and up to 2 weeks for orders with customized items & titles to ship out as these must be custom designed. We do get backed up from time to time during our busiest seasons and we apologize in advance for any inconvenience if your order is delayed due to these circumstances. If you need a "rush" order, or have to have your items before a specific date, please alert us in the COMMENT section of the shopping cart when checking out. We do try to accommodate in special circumstances. We presently ship retail orders by Priority Mail and shipping charges are set at a flat rate of $5.75. This does not mean you will receive your order within 2 days from the time you place it. We ship our wholesale orders by UPS but this is a more costly alternative for residences.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You must contact us within 5 working days from receipt of order if there are any problems.
Because we laser most items to your color specifications, we usually do not give refunds only exchanges, except if the item color is one that we stock in our wholesale packs. We will gladly replace any item at our cost in the event of errors on our part or if the product is defective. We can not accept any returns if they have been opened or mutilated. Shipping is non-refundable.
Custom & customized items including photo blankets, mugs, titles, cards, all other items with custom text, and items where you select top and bottom colors, etc.. are not returnable for refund or exchange. We will replace any item at our cost in the event of errors on our part.
You are responsible for all shipping charges for exchanges and returns unless we are at fault.
